"Ulker-7" - Research and Service Company was established in 1995 with an aim to cater to ever-increasing needs of Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Safety system, Communication, Hydraulics & Control Products and Services in Marine, Oil/Gas and other Industrial fields.
We are working with Azerbaijan Railways LTD, Production Union "Lift-Tamir", Caspian Shipping Company, Bue Caspian LTD, Emergency Response Department and Integrated Drilling Trust of SOCAR, “Azersu” OJSC.
For more than 30 years, we have consistently advanced technological progress in automation. Our Modernization Services include upgrade and retrofit solutions to improve the performance, extend the life and minimize the obsolescence risk of your existing assets. In the marine sector, the growing reliance on electrical and automation systems has made these a highly critical factor for vessel safety. In the energy sector, the changing operating conditions, new grid codes and remote control requirements can mean that automation systems delivered just a decade ago may need upgrading. To meet these, the systems used have to be modificated, maintained, calibrated and kept up to date.
Our qualified and experienced technical staff is highly skilled in the design and integration of various kinds of programming, electrical and automation systems for marine and different industrial fields. The main goal of the small enterprise “ULKƏR-7” is to provide services in the field of design, installation, repair and adjustment of various types of electronics, automation and energy equipment, based on the principle of quality in its work, and to meet the requirements set by customers at a high level.
The management of the small enterprise “ULKAR-7” undertakes to establish, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System in the organization and its structural divisions, strictly adhering to the requirements of the legislation.
We are determined to establish the operation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and to develop by adapting our business processes to it
The management of the small enterprise “ULKƏR-7” intends to continuously increase customer satisfaction and expand its customer base in domestic and foreign markets by constantly increasing the professionalism of its employees and involving them in the processes of the Quality Management System. We use this Policy as a basis for defining, continuously reviewing and updating our quality goals and objectives, and aim to communicate this to the public, company employees, customers, partners, suppliers and other interested parties.
